French Chassepot M1866 Pattern Bayonet with single edged fullered balde 570mm in length, spine of blade dated 1868. Cast brass grips with working release catch. Overall length 694mm. Complete with scabbard.

Blade has a slight bend to it. Will not fully fit into the scabbard as a result. Cleaned condition overall.
