A George III mahogany bracket clock, 19.5cm convex painted dial inscribed Jn Collinwood, London, Roman numerals, twin-winding holes, eight-day twin-fusee repeating movement striking on a bell, arched pagoda top case with brass sphere finial, pierced brass sound frets to sides, outlined throughout with boxwood stringing, brass fluted bun feet, 61cm high, c.1820 John Collin[g]wood was working in London from 1782, son of Samuel John (to whom apprenticed) and grandson of Thomas Collingwood, working in 1812.
