A Victorian tailor's MS accounts book, kept by Robinson Durham [...of] At, Cliffe [?], commencing on March 24th 1854 with A Silk vest Making & trimmings at 4s, 6d and continuing until November 13th 1857 with 2 Days Work at 2s A Day and trimming for 2 vest [with] buttons, two further pages of money owing from accounts of gentleman's tailoring not paid, front endpapers with details of insurance of up to £200 with the Provincial Wilsh (sic, Welsh) insurance (sic) Company at Wrexham and also £10 in the Odd fellows (sic) Lodge Hemingborough [Yorkshire], the verso of the book with additional accounts for the shop's rent, etc., leather spine and corners, marbled boards, tall folio
