An exceptional and very substantial cast iron set, in the Victorian manner, comprising a pair of classical Warwick tazza urns on matching garland swag column pedestal bases, finished in green bronze verdigris colour, each urn is a magnificent wide-bowled tazza of the finest quality, a central classical portrait medallion flanked by deeply cast swag garlands with pendant husks and bellflowers, Greek key fret handles of great elegance, and a wide gadrooned body, the column pedestal is equally distinguished, a tapering form with deeply cast fluted panels to each face and a swag garland of great elegance, the swag hangs in generous curves, held at each corner by tied rope tassels with pendant husks and bellflowers, together, each urn and pedestal forms one of the most imposing garden features in our collection, each approx. 140cm high, 56cm wide, the set 262kg, the overall height is considerable and the combined weight means this is a permanent garden piece of serious stature, also a very decorative imposing addition as an interior centre piece.
