A 19th century Italian, probably Rome, Etruscan revival micro-mosaic and gold coloured metal pendant, the oval panel centered with an Egyptian scarab against a mosaic ground of white tesserae, with a blue, white and deep maroon border, rope twist bands, three mosaic droppers, glazed photo panel to verso, 6cm high.
