A pair of very handsome medium cast iron campana urns, in black and aged finish, of excellent classical proportions, deeply fluted bodies with a striking irregular scalloped or petal rim that gives these an especially decorative character, each urn sits on a wide square base with bold cast iron paw feet, an unusual and attractive detail, each urn approx. 60cm high, 45cm wide and 43kg (each urn), the form is generous and the casting quality excellent throughout, with crisp, sharp ribs to the body and well-modelled foot.
