A 19th century Caucasian/Ottoman Turkish silver and niello mounted kindjal dagger, of qama type, 42.5cm pointed double-edge blade with central fullers and armourer's mark, two-piece horn grip, the hilt and scabbard fittings profusely decorated with flowers and scrolling foliage, 62cm long overall, inscribed and dated 1871

Generally good condition, the blade greased, scabbard with some wear to leather and a few small dents to mount
