Tested 18ct gold oval agate cameo, cultured pearls and rose cut diamond multi-function enamelled pendant/brooch, the cameo is finely carved with a left facing lady with ringlets in high relief within an umarked yellow metal border inset with nineteen melee rose cut diamonds (one missing diamond), length of the cameo approx 2.7cm x 2.1cm width, there is also two melee rose cut diamonds at the top of the pendant brooch with three graduated pearls, round the edge of the brooch there is twenty pearls that vary in size from 3.74mm-6.14mm, the pendant/brooch measures approx. 6.4cm in length including the bale and approx. 3.5cm width, pin and c clasp, total gross weight of the pendant/brooch is approx. 16.8 grams
