An 18ct gold and platinum synthetic ruby and diamond cluster ring, the oval brilliant ruby carat weight is approx 0.90ct, the synthetic ruby is bright pink in colour surrounded by a halo of twelve round brilliant cut diamonds, total diamond carat weight approx 0.55ct, just over 1/2 carat, the shank is stamped "18ct plat" for 18ct gold and platinum, ring size S, total gross weight of the ring is approx 2.9 grams
