WW1 British Officers 1897 Pattern Sword with fullered single edged blade 825mm in length with etched decoration of Kings Crown and Royal Coat of Arms, along with Proof Mark and makers mark "Fenton Brothers, Sheffield, Sword Cutlers to the War Office". Felt washer in place. Guard with GR V and Kings Crown. Wire bound Shagreen grip. Overall length 985mm. Remains of leather sword knot to guard. Complete with leather covered wooden scabbard.

Sword is in good original uncleaned condition. Leather cover to scabbard loose to the top 30cm.
