Both paintings of this pair have a small area of restoration - which can be seen as an area of over-painting to front of canvases. The backs are sealed so cannot be observed. Please refer to the additional images here for details. Otherwise the paintings appear good, and the frames are in reasonably good condition too, and ready to hang.
